My journey into Ayurveda and Yoga began with my maternal grandfather, a traditional healer whose legacy inspired my passion for holistic health.

Originally practicing in India, I relocated to the United States in 2014 with a mission to make Ayurveda and Yoga more accessible while preserving their authentic essence. My approach focuses on simplicity, blending ancient wisdom with modern lifestyles.

I specialize in Gut Health, Women's Wellbeing, Pain Management, and Stress Management through personalized Ayurveda consultations, Panchakarma therapies, and Yoga practices including Vinyasa flow, Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Chanting.

Having lived in diverse cities across both India and the United States, I bring a deep understanding of cultural nuances and lifestyles, enriching my practice.

In my free time, you'll find me in the kitchen cooking for loved ones, immersed in chanting, or finding peace in nature.
